The reason the pro Bsl people have to resort to this type of advocating can be attributed to the lack of actual legitimate statistics information and/or data supporting Breed specific Legislation the fact is not one credible animal organization in the world support Bsl even the American Bar Association has drafted a resolution laying out the reasons for it's lack of support for this legislation.
In a nut shell it doesn't work as in it does not have any significant effect on dog bite statistics and it's expensive to try and implement because of the issue involving dog breed identification and numerous other reasons but the big killer of Bsl is the fact it seems to totally ignore victims of non banned breeds.
