Moderators need to step up and stop the bully's ?

Moderators of articles or news stories really need to lift their game they are allowing cyber bully's to infest their forums and seem to do little to protect legitimate commentators from the antic and pit bull haters and breed specific legislation proponents which are one and the same.

Just check out some of the comments being made by an individual using a fake name "Clay Hundenshire Village Idiot" now the name is legitimate and in fact he's a friend and this sick individual is using Clay's name with village idiot added to the end for no other reason then to bully Clay and despite many complaints Disqus has done little to rectify the situation and this bully  is just going from forum to forum abusing and bullying people?

Now you'll note some comments typed in Russian, the couple I've translated involve sexually perverted innuendos or just plain insults either way they should be removed but as previously stated despite many complaints this individual seem free to have his way with any commentator he chooses to victimize.

Now this is just some of the comments all of which are personal attacks or totally off topic and yet neither Disqus or the Moderators on this article seem willing to protect users from this type of abuse which will undoubtedly lead to legal action being bought against the individuals neglecting their "duty of care" to forum users?"
