It seems Julia Lewis is up to her old tricks last time I caught her out she was making out a boy hit by a train was a pit bull victim and now she's changing headlines on news articles in what can only be seen as "click bait" or sensationalizing in order to justify what most certainly is an unjustifiable stance on public safety as not one legitimate animal organization in the world supports breed specific legislation.
Julia conveniently leaves out the bit where the police say they are trying to identify the breed of the dog involved typically.
This was in Yorkshire, in the UK. Our UK farmers are having a bad time with these dogs.

These people with pit bulls are such cowards, whether they are the owners or, as here, someone walking the dog. They all take to their heels when their dog attacks.

Indicating the Julia is intentionally changing headlines in her campaign of hatred for both pit bulls and their owners.
As you can see the police are not sure if the dog involved in the attack was a pit bull but Julia decided that it was and changed the headline in a typical Bsl proponent style and considering their whole campaign is based on lies and disinformation it comes as no real surprise that these people will stoop to such tactics as it's in their true nature obviously after all they're hiding their murderous intentions behind the noble cause of community safety.
