I think Elton should stick to writing poetry as his attempts at advocacy seem to be devoid of actual facts and quite frankly extremely juvenile as demonstrated by the post below.
The fact is more then 35 breeds of dog have been involved in attacks resulting in human fatalities and contrary to what Elton claims that list includes Chihuahua's.

The fact is Chihuahua's have attacked people too in fact non pit bull type dogs have killed one person per month every month for the last ten years and breed specific legislation only serves to prevent attacks involving pit bulls hence it is being repealed on wholesale terms in favor of breed neutral legislation which serves to protect the community from all dangerous dogs and not just dangerous pit bulls.
