Breed Specific Legislative Advocates consistently call mixed breed mutts pit bulls in a vein attempt to justify their nonsense legislation.
Now the 2016 dog bite fatality statistics over on dogsbut have not been updated since September but when they do get around to updating the information you can bet they'll include the post I've featured from the Pit Bull Propaganda Machine Revealed (below) as a pit bull fatality.
As you can see the group hates pit bulls and the one comment seems to mention banning the breed obviously referring to a pit bull indicating this person (the poster) seen the headline then went to the story seen the first page where there's a picture of a pit bull but had they of taken the time to actually investigate a little they'd have learned the truth.
As you can see the infant has died following an incident involving a dog as featured below from the news story and as you can see it's not an American Pt bull Terrier it was a mixed breed dog.
The dog that attacked the infant is believed to be a sharp pull terrier, a mix between a shar-pei and a pit bull, like the one on the picture.
The dogs were given over to the Central California Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to be euthanized.
“We believe from all indications that it was an unfortunate accident, but we are looking into any type of child endangerment [or] criminal activity,” Macias said.

The fact is this poor child died as a result of ignorance and poor judgement, the child's parent shouldn't have opened the front door and then left the baby unattended on the couch.
It's quite obvious breed played little part in this tragedy which was quite avoidable, RIP little one......
more to come.....
