The majority of people that oppose Breed Specific Legislation do so basically because it ignores the victims of non banned breeds and does nothing to prevent similar deaths in the future.
And here we have the spinner and his unique form of victims advocacy and considering they're all victims in that picture of a dumpster full of dead bodies this is a perfect example of exactly how much Jeff Borchardt actually cares about victims?
