Scottie Bruce Tyler, of Georgetown, South Carolina, is suspected of having hidden this innocent dog after brutally cutting its ears with a pair of scissors on Saturday, June 4th.

The dog was found Wednesday and the arrests were made later in the day after an investigation by Williamsburg County Environmental Services.
Myrtle Daniels McGee has been charged with animal cruelty and her son Scottie Bruce Tyler has been charged with ill treatment of animals in connection with the incident involving the dog named Brick.
The arrest warrant for McGee states she inflicted excessive an unnecessary pain and suffering on the four month old dog by cutting his ears with household scissors.
She then allegedly stitched the ears with fishing line, the warrant alleges.
Tyler's arrest warrant alleges he assisted his mother in the crime.
