Luke & Babette's Big "Pitbull" Lobby I LOVE dogs - pit bulls aren't *really* dogs. They are a mutation of a dog. This garbage breed needs to be eliminated. They serve not purpose that can't be filled by pretty much any other breed of dog, without the inherent risk to society. Unless of course, you're a dog fighter. If that's the case, no other dog will do! Sure, they've tried it with other breeds but it just doesn't work.

I have also shared pit bull information with several people considering adoption (the shelters *really* push these dangerous dogs on families) and the information changed minds. If anyone is ever teetering on the fence, I encourage them to subscribe to google alerts for pit bull attacks for two weeks to a month. That is usually very effective. I've also gotten countless private message thanking me for the information and links I share (in addition to the ones calling me names, threatening to have their mutant rip me to shreds, veiled threats and letting me know they "know where I live", you know, typical pit bull owner bullying) and often asking for more info to share with family members, neighbors, etc. that might already have a pit bull or be considering a pit bull, or as often as not, sharing their sad pit bull attack stories.
Although more effective than a break stick and just as easy to carry is a knife!
http://www.10news.com/news/ woman-killed-pit-bull-to-sa ve-grandma-dog-10292014 Luke & Babette's Big "Pitbull" Lobby What happens with someone else's dog doesn't concern me however if a pit bull were attacking a human, yes, I would do anything necessary to kill it. If one were attacking someone else's dog, I would hand them the knife. If it were attacking my dog, I would slit its throat as fast as I could do it. But unless it charges and catches me completely off guard, no pit bull will ever have the opportunity to get close enough to my dog to do harm. If those owners are stupid enough to let a pit bull interact with their dog and it gets killed, that's their problem - I could just consider it a shame their poor dog had to suffer for their stupidity.Luke & Babette's Big "Pitbull" Lobby You are clearly a very irresponsible pit bull owner. tick...tick...tick... And your beady-eyed mutant is obese! Gross! And it appears you haven't even managed to teach her to walk on a proper collar!Luke & Babette's Big "Pitbull" Lobby Winter coat?! Bahahhahahaa! So that's what we're calling a thick layer of blubber these days! Responsible owners of any breed keep their dogs well-exercised, fit, and healthy. Responsible pit bull owners NEVER take their pit bulls to dog parks.Well said and don't kid yourself, many pets attacked by these kid killers were attacked by one that was on a leash yet their dipsh*t owner still couldn't physically restrain them (a reason for requiring ALL pit bulls to be securely muzzled with a basket muzzle when in public)! Even if you HAD met their wonderful pit bull, it doesn't mean it's safe. Often the very first sign of a aggression from one of these mutants is a full blown attack that no one ever saw coming.
