Deb Barry hates pit bulls and will lie and deceive people in order to try and kill them all!!

As you can see the haters have no real response to actual facts and to be honest the numbers on the picture are quite conservative as there's estimated to be 5-6,000,000 pit bull in the U S A alone and that's not counting the mixed breed mutts.

Vonnie Harvey Dunn How many children are backed over by cars every year? I bet not many and yet back up cameras will soon be required on all new cars with an extra few hundred dollars costs because someone backed over their child. How many children are mauled, disfigured, traumatized or killed by pits because there are no laws to protect them?

Joanna McGinn I truly hadn't thought of how children are traumatized until I had one in a summer school class. I wrote a unified curriculum basaed on canines. On the first day of school, I brought 4 of my small terriers and had them in a 4' high X-pen.. one 7lb Maltese mix, my two very calm Cairns, one looked like TOTO and my Scottie. 3 kids were so 'generalized' traumatized that they literally jumped on tables and tried to cimb the walls...2 jumped out the windows... we were on ground level. I had to call my husband to come and get them (fortunately the school was only about 2 miles from home)... got the kids calmed down, called parents and found that all three had been attacked by a relative's Pit Bull when they were 4 or under... that summer session became something of a therapeutic as well as eye opener for how a specific trauma becomes generalized... and yes that was the summer I organized a rabies vaccination clinic with my vet and got death threats from dog fighters in my 'community'....also relatives of my students.

Joanna McGinn Ok that's today... this moment, but what about in the next 10 minures, the next hour, the next day, the next week, the next month, the next year, the next 2 years, the next 8 years, the next 10 years.... Insurance Institute estimates that 1:500 PBs bite seriously enough to require medical attention. The ratio for NORMAL dogs is 1: 500,000. Yes that does add to the perspective.

 These people seem to make stuff up as they go along and some of their nutty idea's are a true indication of their desperation as their one and only chance at killing all pit bulls is falling by the wayside as breed specific legislation is being exposed as a scam.

 If you thought these Bsl advocates had any credibility at all that'll soon be dispelled by reading their crazy comments on the above post from Dangerous Dogs a Facebook group with more then it's fair share of crazies.

 They run around ranting like fanatics because pf 25 deaths involving pit bulls in 2014 whereas real issues go unmentioned like child abuse for instance...

Why waste all their time over the something as rare as death by dog when there's child abuse issues that by far out weigh any pet issues child abuse kills 5 children a day !!

And what do they have to say about the child suicide rate? they say nothing because they don't care about victims they care about killing pit bulls...

A suicide rate ten times that of  other industrialized countries and these people are focused on killing people's pets.
