Today we would like to address one of our favorite "claims" made by pit bull enthusiasts. If you frequent this, or any other pit bull-related page, you have surely heard the "In the 70's it was the German Shepherds, in the 80's it was the Dobermans, and in the 90's it was the Rottweilers" nonsense. We have some facts to provide you in this regard-
Breed killings on humans by decade:
German Shepherds, 1970's - 10.
Dobermans, 1980's - 1.
Rottweilers, 1990's - 17.
Dobermans, 1980's - 1.
Rottweilers, 1990's - 17.
Now, to compare these to pit bulls, why don't we combine them? These 3 breeds from 1970 until now (45 years), have killed a total of 115 humans. Pit bulls? They have killed exactly 115 humans since 2012.
For those of you counting, that means it took pit bulls 3.5 years to murder the same number of people that it took those 3 breeds a combined 45 years to murder. Remember - it is the breed, not the owner.

These people really aren't very smart as you'll soon learn if/when you're exposed to them their ramblings go well beyond delusional they are easily manipulated and the Psychic, the Dj and the washed up Journo have them all hoodwinked with their lies and deceptions.
The fact is all breeds and types of dogs have killed humans in the past and they will in the future and breed specific legislation can only ever stop the deaths involving the breed they target while ignoring all other victims and the elevated death toll indicates Bsl is not working.
