It's horrible that pit bulls are involved in more animal abuse cases. Regulate who can own them.

The disturbing cellphone footage showed Robert Emmett Martin body-slamming, punching, dragging and throwing the puppy into the street. He also hurled racial slurs at the bystander who shot the video.

The dog, named Daisy, was later taken in by the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control, which reported she had no outward injures.
