Helga Joubert I don't understand why the dog owner hasn't been charged with anything. At the very least there should be charges of harboring a vicious animal. They certainly have proof of that.

 Once again considering these people claim to be acting in the interest of community safety particularly victims there's not a lot of compassion or empathy for the victims in fact they seem to be victim bashing to me?

 In their typical style there's unfounded allegations regarding domestic violence perpetrated by one of the victims in this tragedy with no evidence in true DBO pit bull hater style which seems to bare little resemblance to an actual legitimate victims advocacy.
